What we collect
When you sign up, apply to a program, or submit a form on this site, we collect what you tell us — your name, email, organization, ZIP code, role, and any free-text you choose to share. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about page views (no cross-site tracking).
How we use it
We use what you share to run AI Ready Ohio: connect you to the regional hub closest to you, match you to programs, send you relevant updates, review partnership and Accelerator applications, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
The AI Ready Ohio program team operated by ETA × JobsOhio. When a specific coalition partner is the right next step (a regional hub lead, a track instructor, an Accelerator cohort manager), we may share your contact information with that partner so they can follow up directly. We tell you when we do this.
Service providers
We use a small set of vendors to run the site: hosting, database, transactional email, and spam protection. They process data only on our behalf, under their own privacy policies. We don't share your information with anyone for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to update or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email hello@aireadyohio.org and we'll handle it.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies (sessions, CAPTCHA verification) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
