About this course
This course is the on-ramp to the AI Ready certification pathway. In about an hour you will learn what today's AI tools can and cannot do, practice a simple method for writing effective prompts, and learn the habits that keep you, your data and your organization safe.
You will be able to:
- Explain in plain language how generative AI works and where it falls short
- Write clear prompts using the Role, Task, Context, Format method
- Check AI output before you rely on it
- Decide what information is and is not safe to share with an AI tool
